Lawn bowls
We are a Bowls Club based in Victoria Recreation Ground (entrance in Park Road).
We play socially on a Monday (2pm to 4pm) from April to End of September and also on Wednesday evenings 6-8pm,
(Friday Lunchtimes 1.00pm onwards will restart from Friday 8th May).
We are also starting a Saturday afternoon roll up (from 23rd May).
Over the public holiday weekend (23rd to 25th May) we will be there from 2pm on Saturday and 2pm Monday both finishing late afternoon.
We play a number of friendly matches during the outdoor season and the green is open for practice most days of the week,
or come and visit our community garden (a partnership with St James's Church, New Barnet) by agreement with Barnet Council.
We welcome you to have a try at bowls.
Come and try on your own, with family, friends or work colleagues*. Its a fun social sport.
Any day or time, including evenings by arrangement using the contact details below or come along to one of the roll ups above.

Training will be given.
You don't need to have any equipment, other than some flat soled trainers and yourself,
Bowls can be provided in the first instance.
Short Mat
We also have Short Mat bowls in the clubhouse from October to April - see separate tab for further details - Short Mat Bowls. Each Monday afternoon 2-4pm, Wednesday evening 6-7.30pm and Friday Lunchtimes 1.30pm onwards.
